    For theInternational Information Processing sub-department, we are lookingfor a full-time, permanent position as soon as possible for a

    Change and Release Manager (f/m/d) (f/m/d)

    to strengthen our team at theBonn location.

    Your tasks are:

    • You evaluate incoming changerequests, coordinate them, implement them and document them.
    • You control the central change and problemmanagement system and develop it further.
    • You plan and develop national releases including updates for theconnection to European data exchange protocols (EESSI - ElectronicExchange of Social Security Information) on the basis ofinternational and national specifications and make them available.
    • You coordinate the group of change managersat member funds.
    • You cooperate with testmanagement and IT service providers.
    • Youadminister relevant change, release and service management areas inJira and further develop their customizing.
    • You maintain related internal and external specifications anddocumentation
    • You participate intopic-related national and international working groups

    What we expect from you:

    • You have a degree in computer science,business informatics or business administration with a focus oncomputer science or have equivalent qualifications, knowledge,skills and experience.
    • You already haveseveral years of experience in change and release management,ideally with overlaps to other ITIL processes (e.g. servicemanagement)
    • You have good knowledge of XML,XSD and XSLT, Jira, Confluence and SVN.
    • You have a very good knowledge of German (language levelC2) and a good knowledge of English (at least language level B2)
    • You have practical experience orsound knowledge of electronic data exchange procedures isdesirable.
    • You have basicknowledge of the structures and providers of social security inGermany is helpful.
    • You haveanalytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structuredway of working with result-oriented action and independentproblem-solving behavior are among your strengths.

    • You have a high level of goaland service orientation paired with a strong willingness tocooperate and the ability to communicate actively in German andEnglish.
