Fit Outs and Refurbs all over the North West and Yorkshire


Requirements:

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

  • NEBOSH
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

  • Previously worked on fit out & refurbishment projects

The Role

  • Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Projects: Fit Outs & Refurbs
  • Reporting to: SHEQ Manager
Duties

  • Inductions
  • Tool box talks
  • Liaise with the team
  • Manage direct reports
  • Site inspections / audits
  • Periodic review and RAMS
  • Directly reporting to SHEQ Manager
  • Discuss all Health and Safety issues with team
  • Support Health and Safety team and Senior Management
  • Provide team members with support on Health and Safety
  • Offering general health and safety advice to all employees
  • Monitoring health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace
  • Asses live site to ensure all safety issues have been taken care of
  • Carry out H&S inspections throughout the project as well as writing reports
  • Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation
  • Working closely with team member ensuring all activities are completed on time
  • Advising employees on how to minimise or ultimately avoid risks and hazards in the workplace
