To help us on our mission, we're looking for a passionate Client Services Executive to join our dynamic and ambitious Client Services team.

Over the past three years, we've been working on
- our groundbreaking product that's putting transparency, user experience and beautiful design at the heart of our industry. We've got big plans and as a Client Services Executive you will play a key part by ensuring our clients love our software You'll also work closely with other teams across the business, giving feedback on product development and technical issues, and supporting launches of new product features.

To complement our team, we're looking for someone who is super-organised, can multitask and take initiative where needed, somebody who's unflappable under pressure, and familiar with working collaboratively with multiple teams.

You'll be a real self-starter, a great communicator, and a confident and talented problem-solver.

As a key member of the Client Services team, you'll be involved in:

Becoming an expert on the platform
Proactively ensuring customers understand and are making the most of the latest product updates/releases
Working with a variety of customers from small independents through to large multibranch estate agencies
Responding to any system bugs reported by the client and escalating this to the development team where necessary
Obtaining customer feedback and feature requests, ensuring these are communicated appropriately to the development team
Working on an oncall basis to ensure our customers have support available to them over the weekend

Who we're looking for:

You have commercial experience in either a customer service or admin role
You'll be confident in leading sometimes complex video calls with external clients
You're a selfstarter who can take initiative where required
You'll have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
You feel confident working with a variety of stakeholders (e.g. internal and external, technical and nontechnical)
You're highly organised and experienced at time management and prioritisation
You're calm and collected under pressure whilst keeping a happy and positive mindset
