    Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months
    Would you like to lead the talent intelligence strategy for our Barclays Account working alongside the Client, Sourcing and Attraction Teams and our Talent Intelligence Centre of Excellence?
    What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?

    You'll have a strong analytical mind, knowing and understanding talent intelligence, audiences and market trends and the resulting impacts upon our clients.

    You'll determine the appropriate methodology to gather data and uncover insights that inform strategy development, providing a strong foundation for others, and feed into all Talent Intelligence/Insight output.

    Ensuring that data is gathered as efficiently and effectively as possible is critical. It must be then analysed in accordance with the scope of each TI/insights project.

    Creating and maintaining trusted partner relationships with all stakeholders to effectively communicate the impact of TI/Insights for account deliverables.

    Development of proposals for Talent Intelligence projects or contributing to Client Manager-led proposals where there's an insight element to the solution

    Acting as a Trusted Advisor (SME) by developing and owning TI strategies and working in partnership with Regional MDs, Client Operation Directors, Sourcers, Recruiters, Attraction, Solution Design, Implementation, and Client.

    Meeting and presenting to Clients and Senior Stakeholders
    Being accountable for ensuring quality research findings are presented back to the client in a format that is digestible, providing clear insights and recommendations
    Gathering and sharing knowledge of Talent Intelligence and market trends and the resulting impacts upon our clients' brands
    Working with the TI/Insights CoE, BI and AMS' Market & Competitor Insights team, to establish what insights already exist within our business and identify gaps
    Background in Talent Intelligence leadership, marketing or market research
    Experience within the banking or financial services sector
    Ability to seek out market intelligence and analyse employment market trends to provide insights both internally and to clients
    Experience in producing and delivering presentations and reports to senior stakeholders both internal and external
    Confident in the use of technology – particularly PowerPoint, Excel and search engines
    Experience of working with remote teams
    Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft platforms, particularly PowerPoint
    Previous experience as a Talent Intelligence Manager or similar

Reporting into the Head of Talent Intelligence, you'll support as a people leader & expert of Talent Intelligence. You'll work alongside Senior Stakeholders both internal and external driving a strategic approach to hiring.
