Description

MJ Fire Safety an integral business within
Marlowe Fire and Security Group are looking to expand their passive fire department. They are seeking an additional administrative member of staff to support the passive fire departmentteam and department manager as we continue to grow in this exciting industry sector.

Key Responcablities

Logging and processing accepted client works orders.
Liaising with managing agents, landlords and residents with booking in flat entrance fire door works.
Coordinating with the department manager, lead carpenter and accounts department to assist with progressing the works from acceptance to completion.
Raising and logging supplier purchase orders.
Raising and sending site RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for inspections and remedial works.

Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner.
Great organisation skills and a customer focus.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

A friendly team player with a flexible mature approach, a willingness to learn and good selfmotivation

What we offer

Salary upto £25,000 dependant on experience
