    Job Title:
    SailPoint Security Architect

    Job Overview:

    The SailPoint Security Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation, and security of SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within the organization.

    This role will ensure that SailPoint deployments are secure, compliant, and effectively integrated with critical enterprise systems such as SAP and cloud environments like Azure.

    The Security Architect will work closely with IT, project management, and compliance teams to architect solutions that meet complex security needs and business objectives.


    Responsibilities:
    Design and architect secure, scalable, and robust SailPoint IAM solutions integrated with SAP systems and Azure cloud services.
    Evaluate existing security architectures to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement.
    Integrate SailPoint with other security solutions like Privileged Access Management (PAM) for enhanced security capabilities.
    Lead the security aspect of implementation and deployment phases, ensuring that all security measures are properly configured and effective.
    Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
    Work closely with compliance teams to ensure that the IAM solutions meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
    Provide expertise on authentication, authorization, and encryption technologies.
    Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for the SailPoint environments.
    Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that the IAM solutions are aligned with the overall IT security strategy.
    Stay updated with the latest security technologies, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
    Mentor and provide guidance to junior security team members.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
    Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant SailPoint certifications.

    Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ.Strong understanding of identity management, privileged access management, and security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

    Demonstrated experience with cloud security architectures, particularly in Azure environments.
    Solid experience in integrating IAM solutions with SAP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    Experience:


    Minimum of 15 years of experience in a security architect role, with at least 2-3 years focused on SailPoint technologies.

    Experience in complex IT environments, preferably in large or mid-size organizations, with a strong focus on integration with SAP and Azure.


    Working Conditions:
    This role may require occasional travel.
    Flexibility in work hours to accommodate project deadlines and emergencies.
