    Corporate M&A

    Our lawyers work on an array of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets.

    We act for a variety of clients from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.

    Relevant experience working on corporate M&A and PE transactions
    Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
