I am partnering with a brand new client who are game changers in the Logistics and Courier world who are seeking an experienced Senior HRBP based to join their main site based in Slough.

The Senior HRBP will report directly to the HR Director and have a reporting line to County Manager and VP. The Senior HRBP will be passionate about HR, able to demonstrate management of key stakeholders, and proficient in all facets of HR & Employee Relations at both strategic & administrative levels.

The Senior HRBP will be able to engage and manage key stakeholders and manage numerous moving parts on a daily basis. The Senior HRBP will deliver HR Agenda to a fast paced, everchanging business and you will be a self-starter, work independently, and ensure development of local and global HR Strategy.

This is a full time permanent opportunity with some flexible working and you will be required to travel to different sites. The role is offering a car allowance and other fantastic benefits such as 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, pension scheme and life insurance etc.
