Description
Assisting the Management Accounts,

  • Collating data for analysis and reporting,
  • Product setup audit,
  • Control account reconciliations,
  • Tax analysis,
  • Processing weekly taking journals,
  • Monthly accruals and prepayments,
  • Weekly sales reporting and analysis,
  • Control account reconciliations,
  • Review KPIs,
  • Providing occasional cover for purchase ledger, sales ledger, and cashier.

The Right Person

  • Available to start from January 2023,
  • Previous accounting / management accounts experience ideally within manufacturing,
  • Effective communication skills, confident in presenting financial information to senior management,
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision,
  • Excellent planning, organisation and deadline time keeping skills,
  • Good IT skills incl. Microsoft Navision & Excel.

Package

  • Appointment Type: Interim (3months, potential to be extended on a rolling contract)
  • Hours: Full-Time
  • Holiday 25 Days + Bank Holidays
