Brokerage and Tracking Officer:

NOTE:

The salary listed is prorata based on 21 hours per week (3 days per week).

Careers Young Workpath provides Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance and Employability Support for young people aged up to 25 with special needs) in Tower Hamlets.

We work in schools, colleges and local community settings and we provide information, advice, and guidance to support young people into education, employment and training.

We are looking to recruit one Brokerage and Tracking Officer to work from our public office in Watney Market.

You must have a genuine interest in working with young people in Tower Hamlets and supporting them into education, jobs/apprenticeships and training.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and is a strong team player.

Experience of working within an IAG or job placing environment.
Experience of working with vulnerable young people who are at risk of becoming NEET or who are NEET.
Experience of partnership working or multiagency working.
Experience of working in a multicultural environment with an understanding and knowledge of barriers young people face in accessing opportunities.

You will be highly organised and able to prioritise competing demands and manage a demanding caseload.
