(fcdc8b0d) We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and flexible PA to support G to access the community and further activities outside of the home. If you are easy going, light-hearted and have a good sense-of-humour this role is for you. G lives the Stoke Gifford area.

G is looking for a PA one day a week in order to access the community, either to go for a walk, a meal out or shopping.
G is a 31 year old male with a range of interests, but he particularly likes sports and is genuinely interested in most things people want to discuss. The PA is required to support G to access the community, going on day trips, walks in the countryside. We are therefore seeking a PA who may have similar interests to G.
One of the key roles of the PA would be to support G to grow in confidence when in the community and build his independence. G's PA needs to be happy to chat about a wide range of topics and open to understanding his anxiety around some situations.
The PA will occasionally accompany G on day trips. This would include using your own vehicle. Therefore, a car driver is essential for this role.
Shifts:This role is for 5 hours in one day. These hours are flexible but if possible within school hours.
The employer is willing to engage in a conversation with candidates regarding their availability to ensure the shifts are agreeable for both parties. A degree of flexibility may be required.
Main Duties:
The personal assistant will be required to do the following tasks and may be asked to carry out other tasks of a similar nature.

· Engage G in a range of structured activities, be flexible and willing to get involved. · Provide companionship to G.· Communicate with G to plan route and agenda for the day,· Accompany G to appointments
- There is no personal or physical care required, the support needed is social and emotional.
Essential Requirements:

· Flexibility towards planned activities.· Full clean driving licence and vehicle
