- Preparing all H&S documentation as necessary.
- Undertaking tower analysis.
- Undertaking re-analysis of existing models.
- Building and analyzing structures with MS Tower.
- Designing and reviewing strengthening designs, and approving straightforward schemes.
- Carrying out bespoke designs including hand calculations and appraisal.
- Acting as lead engineer on project-related work, ensuring health and safety and site work are delivered to the highest standard.
- Running projects completely (technical, planning, and commercial).
- Controlling project costs, ensuring that the projects you are tasked with are kept within an appropriate budget, maximizing profit where possible.
- A minimum of two years' experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector with experience of MStower or equivalent.
- A hardworking and motivated attitude, keen to become part of a dynamic and expanding team.
- The ability to manage your workload effectively.
- The ability to plan and program works.
- Knowledge of H&S requirements of projects.
- The ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
- The ability to communicate accurately, concisely, and with confidence at all levels.
