A Lettings Negotiator is now required for a well established independent Estate Agent which has been in business for over 25 years.

The company offers high quality marketing with a professional and friendly manner.


Market-leaders in residential lettings and property management the company are now seeking to appoint a residential lettings negotiator to join their team.

Knowledge/experience in lettings is essential, experience in property sales would be advantageous.

They provide a comprehensive range of services and enjoy an excellent reputation in property management

Some Essential criteria;

  • A minimum of 1 years experience
  • Attend viewings
  • Tenancy Agreements
  • Inventories
  • Liaise with Landlords/Tenants
  • Invoices
  • Compliant with current legislation
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am-4pm with a day off in lieu
