We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries over the phone.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and have strong communication skills.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive for firstcall resolution
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed

Qualifications:


  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,703.72 per year
