- To complete allocated workswhich will fall within operative's trade / skill set but couldrange from Brickwork, Fencing, Plastering, Artexing & Overboarding, Paving & Patios, Drainage, Roof works (minorrepairs), Floor Levelling, Wall tiling and Painting &Decorating.
- Responsible for the effective andefficient delivery of repairs and maintenance works within void andresponsive repair service.
- Deal with tenantenquiries and respond in a professional manner reporting anythingback to the relevant manager.
- Minimum of eitherfull trade Apprenticeship or NVQ level two or appropriate tradeexperience within at least 2 different trades
- Property Maintenance experience – ideally residentialproperties
- Ability to working across trades,beyond main trades, to deliver a full service tocustomers.
- Evidence of working within aH&S aware environment
- Experience ofdealing with Customers directly
- Basic / GoodIT skills, particularly relating to using emails / SmartPhone.
- Valid Driving Licence
- Company Vehicle (for business use) with FuelCard
