Main activities

• Lead the HSE activities
• Ensure legal compliance.
• Implement latest group HSE procedures & policies.
• Assist with the group's carbon reduction programs.

• Drive the group's "Journey to zero" health & safety campaign in the UK.
• Embed H&S into every system and process within the company.

* H&S ISO 45001

• Env ISO 14001
• Waste) Reg.2007
• Ensure all group HSE requirements are implemented.
• Develop HSE systems to log and record performance.
• Manage the UK inspections and reporting for HSE.
• Own the Risk Assessment / Standard Work Procedure processes.
• Investigate any HSE incidents and assist in the production of the root cause analysis.
• Ensure changes to HSE systems are implemented across 3 UK sites.
• Ensure that all processes are in-line with the latest legislation.
• Improve the company's environmental performance (lower carbon footprint etc) moving to carbon neutrality.
• Train other managers / employees in HSE systems & processes
• Any other requirements of the business

* ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SECR, ESOS

• NEBOSH Certificate (Required)
• NEBOSH Diploma (Desirable)
