- Lead the HSE activities
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Implement latest group HSE procedures & policies.
- Assist with the group's carbon reduction programs.
- Drive the group's "Journey to zero" health & safety campaign in the UK.
- Embed H&S into every system and process within the company.
- Env ISO 14001
- Waste) Reg.2007
- Ensure all group HSE requirements are implemented.
- Develop HSE systems to log and record performance.
- Manage the UK inspections and reporting for HSE.
- Own the Risk Assessment / Standard Work Procedure processes.
- Investigate any HSE incidents and assist in the production of the root cause analysis.
- Ensure changes to HSE systems are implemented across 3 UK sites.
- Ensure that all processes are in-line with the latest legislation.
- Improve the company's environmental performance (lower carbon footprint etc) moving to carbon neutrality.
- Train other managers / employees in HSE systems & processes
- Any other requirements of the business

- NEBOSH Certificate (Required)
- NEBOSH Diploma (Desirable)
