    About the role

    To provide bioinformatics and statistical expertise for a NERC funded project on the evolutionary genomics of insect life-histories. Your role will be to conduct comparative phylogenomic analyses of chromosome-level genomes, chosen from across the phylogeny of wasps to identify genomic changes associated with key life-history traits. You will work closely with an experienced postdoc on statistical methods to analyse phenotypic and genomic data within an evolutionary context.

    Salary is Grade 7, Spine Point 30 per annum.

    This role is an open-ended contract with a funding end date of 31/12/ in the first instance.
