    Tonic Health is on the hunt for an insightful, commercial and hard-working head of sales to join the UKs fastest growing vitamin brand and expand our retail distribution across the country.

    On the back of solid distribution in Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda, the role will be perfect for someone who is interested in growing those existing relationships and hunting for new opportunities in new retailers. This is a unique opportunity to join a high growth start up working alongside the founder to scale the business.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience driving growth through existing retailers and acquiring new business. Having worked in startup previously is ideal to make sure you are ready to hit the ground running and manage our 3x YOY growth. You should be organised and able to analyse performance metrics and be strategic in prioritising your time and focus. You will:

    · Generate communications plans for new retailers to win interest and new listings.

    · Create retailer specific business growth plans and sales strategy including promotional plans.

    · Influence and manage retailer relationships at multiple levels.

    · Negotiate and manage trading terms with customers.

    · Monitor and review weekly sales performance.

    You have:

    • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in sales.
    • Strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Experience at managing a business P&L
    • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and data analytics.

    Salary: £65,000-80,000 + bonus + share options
