Manufacturing Coordinator


Our Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our Warehouse Administration at our Oldbury Office.


Are you looking for your next Manufacturing Coordinator role? With excellent communication skills, you, as a Manufacturing Coordinator will have a pivotal role at Compco Fire Systems.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Place orders with transport suppliers for deliveries of items to site.
  • Maintain up to date records and make sure they are accurately inputted onto our internal systems.
  • Manager and Verify Timesheets.
  • Monitor and report on build times for each planned product.
  • Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure timely completion of paperwork.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks such as mailbox monitoring and scheduling meetings.

What You'll Need:


  • Previous Experience of Working in an Administrative Role.
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills.
  • Ability to Use Own Initiative and to Work Within Tight Deadlines.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Working Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook


This is an office-based role and would require the successful Manufacturing Coordinator to attend Monday-Friday at Unit 1C-1D Pearsall Drive, Oldbury, B69 2RA.
