Job Type:
Permanent, full time


Location:
Lichfield (Hybrid Working)


Hours:
Monday to Saturday (38 hours per week) on a rota basis between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays may be required


The Role:
A good mix between Customer Service and Administration. This role involves providing support to customers as well as the New Claims team.


Duties:


  • Undertaking switchboard duties when handling inbound calls from existing clients and new contacts
  • Preparing all outgoing post for dispatch
  • Scanning all incoming documentation onto the internal system and allocating to correct departments
  • Ensuring filing and paperwork is dealt with and kept up to date
  • Providing excellent customer service when communicating with customers
  • Great attention to detail
  • Adaptable approach to tasks set
  • Highly organised with ability to multitask whilst ensuring customer experience is not compromised
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
