Location:
Lichfield (Hybrid Working)
Hours:
Monday to Saturday (38 hours per week) on a rota basis between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays may be required
The Role:
A good mix between Customer Service and Administration. This role involves providing support to customers as well as the New Claims team.
Duties:
- Undertaking switchboard duties when handling inbound calls from existing clients and new contacts
- Preparing all outgoing post for dispatch
- Scanning all incoming documentation onto the internal system and allocating to correct departments
- Ensuring filing and paperwork is dealt with and kept up to date
- Providing excellent customer service when communicating with customers
- Great attention to detail
- Adaptable approach to tasks set
- Highly organised with ability to multitask whilst ensuring customer experience is not compromised
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
