This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing company. Verder is now looking to expand their existing team by recruiting a Customer Service Administrator.


An experienced Customer Service Administrator who will fit into an established team to support the exacting standards demanded by customers.

Duties will include but not be limited to coordinating and ensuring customer issues are effectively communicated verbally and in writing.

Consulting with suppliers, internal sales, and external sales teams to improve deliveries and future communication.


Key responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for customers with order related issues or concerns.
  • Manage our customer order book status and update the Sales Office Manager weekly.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to improve delivery dates and ontime schedules.
  • Manage courier tracking details of goods in transit, updating all parties.

Requirements:


  • Technical, engineering or manufacturing administration experience is desired but not essential.
  • Good business acumen and an excellent communicator.
  • Confident, organised, and motivated collaborator.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems including Microsoft.
  • Able to work alongside existing internal and external colleagues.
  • Ability to learn and understand innovative technology to effectively articulate the benefits to business improvement.

Please note:
this role is full-time office based in Castleford however there is an opportunity for hybrid working agreement.


Package

  • Basic salary (DOE) including company bonus scheme.

£18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
