Elevation Recruitment Group's Technical Engineering division is currently working with a global, leading manufacturing business in their search for a Technical Manager in South Yorkshire.

The position centres around maximising the productivity and efficiency of a growing technical division, developing a range of business critical KPI's and taking on responsibility for the technical divisions projects / capex delivery.

There is a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits package on offer for the right individual who can combine experience in technical leadership with a metals, metallurgy or material science background

Ownership of key technical KPIS and projects delivery
Utilise previous hands on technical experience form challenging manufacturing fields to steer the growth of the division
Active engagement and implementation of change management across the site.
Previous experience working within a Technical lead or similar function at a senior leadership level
