    Job Description

    The Golf Turf Specialist maintains and enhances golf course facilities by assisting with irrigation and other construction projects.

  • Performs unskilled and semi-skilled work of a routine, repetitive nature in a responsible manner, such as shoveling, raking, digging, mowing, weed trimming, plant maintenance, building and facility maintenance including cleaning.
  • Performs unskilled and semi-skilled work of a routine, repetitive nature in a responsible manner (i.e., mowing, weed trimming, plant maintenance, building and facility maintenance such as cleaning).
  • Performs routine maintenance on golf course equipment.
  • Makes minor mechanical repairs and service on division's equipment as directed.
  • Works with skilled-level employees toward to completion of construction renovation projects and repair work of facilities.
  • Works towards the proficiency in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
