    Percival Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with Shakespeare's Globe to help them recruit for a new Data and Insights Manager to join their Digital and Data team. Inspired and informed by the unique historic playing conditions of two beautiful iconic theatres, Shakespeare's Globe's diverse programme of work harnesses the power of performance, cultivates intellectual curiosity, and excites learning to make Shakespeare accessible for all.

    The Data and Insight Manager champions and facilitates data-led decision making at the Globe by managing their audience research programme and optimising their use of audience and visitor data.

    Job Title: Data and Insights Manager

    Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum

    Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)

    Location: London, hybrid

    Reports to: Head of Digital and Data

    Working closely with the Head of Digital and Data, you will lead Shakespeare's use of Tessitura Analytics and support the adoption of self-service analytics across the organisation, whilst also developing their 'always on' research programme to ensure they have an up-to-date understanding of their audiences. You will support the wider Audiences team to deliver against ambitious revenue and audience targets by embedding data-driven insights into campaign planning and enabling effective data selections and personalisation across all channels.

    To be successful in this role, you will:

    • Have a strong understanding of how to utilise data to drive decision making and significant practical experience in data mining, analysis and cleansing, ideally within a Tessitura database.
    • Be skilled in querying data and reporting writing using SQL and experience in using data visualisation tools.
    • Have the ability to successfully manage relationships with external partners and suppliers and possess strong skills in training colleagues on technical concepts.
