    As the HR Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the HR operations department. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to onboarding, HR policies, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous development.
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HR policies and employee contract changes.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Drive improvements in HRIS, aiming to reduce manual processes
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline HR processes and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Drive initiatives to improve HR systems and procedures, leveraging technology to enhance effectiveness and accuracy.
    • Prepare reports and analytics to support decision-making and drive strategic HR initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in HR operations ideally within a professional services sector
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, including payroll, benefits, HRIS and compliance.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Solid understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
