Due to our continued growth and success we have a vacancy for a Distribution Administrator.

Hours - Monday - Friday


The main responsibilities of the Distribution Administrator include:

  • The production and distribution of KPI reports.
  • Briefing and debriefing drivers.
  • Booking in loads and providing ETA's.
  • Resolving any ad hoc queries.
  • Answering drivers calls daily and assisting with queries/returns/collections.
  • Creating manifests on Transport Management System
  • Scanning POD's

The essential qualities of the Distribution Administrator include:

  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Passion for problem solving
