Helix Well Ops (UK) Ltd currently has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our Team at Helix House, Dyce.
This is a permanent role and provides the first point of contact at our company offices, therefore, we are looking for someone who excels in customer service.
Main duties include:
- Greeting all visitors on arrival
- Switchboard Operation
- Taking and distributing messages
- Making tannoy announcements as required
- Sorting all incoming mail & courier packages
- Franking outgoing mail for afternoon collection & preparing all courier paperwork
- Managing stationary stocks and ordering supplies as and when required
In addition, the role provides administrative support to the Operations team, including:
- Preparing and formatting documentation
- Filing, Archiving and Photocopying
- Travel and accommodation bookings for onshore employees
- Updating Department CV's
- Preparation of minutes, presentations and meeting materials
- Organising meetings either in or out of house and any catering required
Experience/Skills required:
- Experience of reception and administrative duties essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook essential
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with various priorities
