Part Time / Fractional Operations Director

Our client is a major tech community, recognised for creating a space that brings people together and lifts the entire tech community.

They are involved in running regular events and initiatives that provide networking opportunities, career development, learningopportunities and overall a safe and supportive space for its thousands of members.

They are looking for a part-time/fractional operations manager or director.
This is largely about carrying out and leading internal/administrative projects.

Setting up internal reporting processes and looking forward at goals and growth plans to spot risks and challenges within them.

This person will ensure that the community is wellmanaged and safeguarded for the future, taking care of all issues surrounding compliance, data, security, insurance etc
It is very much an enabling role.

it will enable the wider community leadership team to focus on making sure the community is run well, without getting bogged down in the administrative details.

They are open to hiring at the manager or director level, depending on prior experience.

The hours are flexible, the role is remote but this is very much a part-time role and would not suit someone looking for a full-time position.

We believe it would suitsomeone looking to move to a portfolio career, who is currently looking for additional clients.
