- Monitor contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated records and documentation related to health and safety during the construction phase of the Project.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for internal use and client requirements, as pre project requirements
- Issue permits to work and ensure they are always adhered to
- Carryout site inductions to all workers/visitors prior to entering the site covering all Health and Safety aspects
- Assist the HSE Manager where necessary
- Carry out Health and Safety training
- Toolbox talks
- Based in Ireland
- Proven experience as a HSE specialist
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Understanding of CDM regulations
- Experience working on Solar farms in a HSE capacity
- Start date – ASAP
