We're looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a rewarding career in Education recruitment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Recruitment Consultant

• Proactive Business Development and Account Management with candidates, potential talent and clients/Schools
• Keep up to date on relevant legislation, competitors, and local knowledge
• Adhere to standards and processes related to compliance and Safer Recruitment Practices
• Manage complaints according to company policy and deliver any feedback to both schools and candidates in a professional and effective way
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work protocols at all times
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Recruitment Consultant
• Previous experience in a Recruitment role would be desired
• Have knowledge of the education sector, understanding regulated requirements including safeguarding & DBS policy and procedures
• Excellent rapport building
