    Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)


    Are you an experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) looking for an exciting opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of young individuals? We are seeking a passionate SENCO to join our dynamic team at our SEN School supporting students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.

    Up to 5 days per week Salary: Competitive, up to UPS pay scale

    Oversee the provision of Special Educational Needs (SEN) support across Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.


    • Develop and implement individualised education plans tailored to each student's needs.
    • Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective support strategies are in place.
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN, making adjustments as necessary to optimise learning outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SEN policies and procedures.
    Qualified teacher status and SENCO qualification.


    • Strong understanding of SEN policies and best practices.
    • Competitive salary up to UPS pay scale.
