    Description
    Software Developer position - Up to £150k

    Company OverviewnWe are an export company that combines cutting-edge technology with a physical warehouse. Our mission is to match demand from suppliers across Europe and ship profitable opportunities internationally.

    With a remarkable revenue growth of $300k in March 2024 (five times higher than the previous year), we're aiming to achieve $1 million+ in monthly sales by December 2024.

    Backed by top-tier VCs and Angel Investors, we're aggressively investing in our software team to fix the global allocation of consumer goods.


    Job DescriptionnAs our first software engineering hire, you'll work closely with one of the co-founders (myself) to write code that powers our internal operations.

    Our existing codebase is built using Django and SQL, and we manage our own server and production database. Your responsibilities will span from price estimation to label printer optimization and accounting tooling. You'll be based in our office at the new warehouse.

    Qualifications and Desired SkillsnWe prioritize ambition and practicality over experience.


    Here's what we're looking for:

    nCoding Skills :
    nProven record of shipping practical projects using any high-level language or relational database.nexperience with Django and PostgresnHigh level of education is a MUST

    Business Understanding :

    nComfortable diving into both sexy and unsexy aspects of the business, from building new methods of supplier search to improving cash flow analytics and demand estimation.nUnderstanding of receiving processes, discrepancy handling, and inventory control.
