    Fleet Administration Assistant


    Working as a part of a busy team within our truck and trailer business we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Fleet Administration Assistant based at our Avonmouth branch.

    You will focus on providing high-quality customer service to our truck and trailer businesses. This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it.

    Here is a flavour of what you'll be doing day to day:


    • Effectively looking after the fleet operations and administration of the branch
    • Coordinating and planning MOT test schedules and any maintenance programmes
    • Coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and our branches
    • Other general administration.

    To be successful in this role:

    • Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
    • Have strong administrative skills
    • Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
    • Can work well under pressure
    • All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
    • A clean driving license is also highly desirable.
    Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution or transport would be advantageous, but is not essential.
