    UK Sales Director Reporting to:
    Managing Director
    Southern England (Hybrid Role)
    Circa £80k - £90k + Car + Benefits + Bonus
    Our client is a global leader in innovative vehicle service solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join their UK team.

    This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small sales and marketing team, driving expansion across various sectors including retail parks, petrol stations, supermarkets, car showrooms, commercial businesses etc.

    Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities within the UK market.
    Plan and oversee commercial activities, prioritising sales strategies with sales managers.
    Collaborate with company management to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    Define and implement successful business strategies to support growth, including sales promotion activities and direct customer negotiations.
    Develop short, medium, and long-term business strategies for all product lines and brands within the company portfolio.
    Control budgets, optimise expenses, and ensure achievement of sales profit targets.
    Prepare regular reports for senior management and ensure successful project management processes to meet client expectations.
    Demonstrate strong leadership through supervision, collaboration, coaching, and mentoring of the sales team. Look ahead to the future of the business, promoting recommendations and seeking out opportunities for expansion and growth.
    Managing and overseeing the sales function of the company on a UK-Wide basis.
    Manage a multidisciplinary team and oversee their performance and development.
    Collaborate with company management to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    Provide regular management information reports demonstrating performance.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales and marketing function.
    Manage customer relationships and financial performance effectively.
    Ensuring that optimum processes, sales and commercial structures are in place.
    Maintaining an effective sales team by recruiting and training employees.
    Manage and develop a high performing sales team. Setting up sales projections and budgets.
    Success in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
    Experience of working with specific site partners in respect of solution promotion and delivery.
    Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    Experience and/or working knowledge of SalesForce would be an advantage.
    Experience of managing, leading and inspiring a remote UK-wide sales business unit.
    Skilled in strategic decision-making based on market trends and data analysis. Ability to produce reports and analyse data effectively.
    Hands-on person with strong implementation skills.
