- £26,000 - £29,725 DOE

    YOUR ROLE IN PRODUCT SUPPORT:
  • Positively handling 2nd Line support issues
  • Troubleshooting, triaging, and attempting to resolve issues reported by users
  • Creating product defect reports, investigating, escalating, and managing these with the development team
  • Supporting the test team to create, review and implement system test plans, scripts, and harnesses
  • Updating customers with the progress of their support issues
  • Creating training material and product documentation, reviewing, and updating when needed
  • And much more. This is a fast paced and busy role.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Have knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre or another GDS systems this is essential
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be confident and patient when dealing with customers
  • Be able to work well in a team, being committed to quality work
  • A keen willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
