Description

Customer Service Advisor, Sales Advisor with a passion for motorsports, motoracing, automotive industry, required for our established client. This position is paying an annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm.


Duties:
Daily processing of domestic and international sales orders; B2B and B2C
Customer communication through various channels including phone, email, live chat and face to face in the showroom
Supporting shows and sale events throughout the year
Team support for holiday coverage
Stock management

PensionExperience required:
Knowledge, experience or a passion for Motorsports, motoracing, automotive industry is highly desirable
SAGE or Shopify experience is beneficial
Good team player
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
