Salary:
£23,000 basic + Commission + Company Car (Negotiable depending on experience)

An established and successful independent estate agency based in Mayfair, London is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lettings Negotiator with residential lettings experience in Central London to join their team.

Will have a minimum of 2 years residential negotiation experience in Central London (Marble Arch, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Nine Elms and surrounding areas)
Will have a proven lettings track record
Must be able to conduct viewings and successfully negotiate deals
Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with Clients
ARLA qualification is ideal or a basic legal/policies knowledge when it comes to lettings
Being able to undertake certain administrative tasks and excellent computer skills
Have sound knowledge of a local area
Must be articulate, have a confident personality, well presented and should have effective and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic or Chinese would be an ideal skill.
Full UK driving licence a plus
Will report to the manager directly
