We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant or Senior Consultant who is wanting to join a busy, dynamic Estate Agent based in our Guildford High Street town centre branch.


We are a fully independent business that has quickly built up an enviable and ever-growing network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire.


Working as part of a highly successful team, you'll be helping to deliver a market-leading service to our sellers and buyers, through outstanding customer service and business development.

The role would suit an experienced Sales Negotiator who is lookingfor a fresh challenge or their next move into a more Senior Role.

However, we are also happy to consider Sales Consultants with some industry experience who are looking for a new opportunity in a busy team.

Role responsibilities

  • Developing strong relationships with vendors, buyers and third parties
  • Arranging & attending viewings
  • Gaining buyer feedback and discussing with vendors
  • Dealing with offer negotiations
  • Registering applicants over the phone and loading them onto property software
  • Maintaining an active buyer database
  • Business generation activities such as leaflet dropping & call outs
  • Upsell additional services
  • Working to targets, selfmanaging KPIs and working on areas for improvement such as conversion rates
  • Booking valuations
  • Assist with taking new properties onto the market, including property listings, photos and floorplans
  • Training toward property valuations
  • Focusing on the customer journey to enhance our client experience
  • Previous experience in Estate Agency
  • Strong communication skills & a customercentric approach
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic selfstarter
  • Proactive, determined and target driven
  • Selfdisciplined with time management skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Adaptable and able to work on own initiative
  • Ambitious & keen to learn
  • Keen eye for detail & compliance oriented

Our remuneration package includes basic, car allowance, strong uncapped commission structure and Workplace pension scheme.

Hours of work are 8.45am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
