Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a
Management Accountant for a business based in Worcester.

This role offers great exposure in a growing business, reporting directly into the commercial director, this role is commercially geared with opportunity to progress within a fast-growing business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintenance of balance sheet control accounts, including assets, accruals, prepayments and discounts.
  • Posting monthly journals as required
  • Reconciling of data transferred between operating systems and uploading onto SAP financial system
  • Produce full management accounts within the finance month end deadline
  • Report variances and other issues with the MA with the operations team
  • Assist with budget preparation and quarterly forecasting
  • Adhoc reporting requirements required by internal management
  • Assist with annual audit
  • Setting up of new units for reporting purposes
  • Supporting the wider finance department by aiding with any reasonable request

Essential requirements:


  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Minimum of three year's practical experience
  • Experienced with reconciling multiple systems
  • The ability to deal with different business models
  • Currently studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification
