Multi-Trade CSCS operative working in Coventry / Warwickshire

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative for a contract in Manchester working on a voids contract, kitchen fitting will be a large part of the works.

Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled and be joinery bias.

Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative

CSCS Card
Proven experience in the maintenance sector
Qualification / Apprenticeship in a trade
Will be required to complete Aspestos Awareness
