About the role

This appointment is for a collaborative, strategic, brand centric HRD who will provide your expertise covering a wide range of HR areas to drive company strategic initiatives, contributing to the core HR strategies including Centre of Excellence (CoE), buildand deliver the strategic HR plan for the field People Development, and influence and drive strategic objectives and lead initiatives and policies to deliver the best-in-class employee experience.

About you:

Experience within a similar HR retail leadership role.
Ability to influence across different stakeholder groups and to find solutions that work for the business while maintaining the integrity of the HR function.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and confident presentation skills. An ability to communicate complex findings to nontechnical audiences in a clear, simple way, both written and verbally.
Experience in HR best practices and legal frameworks in several European countries including France, Germany, Italy or Spain as well as the UK
