Having worked within their industry specialism for many years, they have developed a deep understanding of the market and an incredible reputation, and work with their clients to achieve new levels of sales enquiries and brand recognition within a competitive market.
As Senior Account Executive or Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the agency clients by managing and nurturing client relationships, developing marketing plans and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns that drive results.
building and maintaining strong, long lasting client relationshipsact as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters
work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and on budgets
overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns from concept to execution
analyse campaign performance and provide clients with reports and insights
competitor research and monitoring of industry trends
ideally you'll have a expertise in marketing, combined with an interest in retail or interior design
proven experience in account management within a similar role in a marketing agency
strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign management
exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
full time or part time considered
hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office
