Customer Marketing Manager - 12 month contract:

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Customer Marketing Strategies:

Create and implement customer-focused marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Utilise customer data and insights to tailor marketing initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Retention and Upsell Initiatives:

Develop strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify and capitalise on expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.

Content Creation and Communication:

Develop compelling marketing collateral, newsletters, and other communication materials targeted at existing customers.
Collaborate with the content team to create relevant and valuable resources that resonate with our customer audience.

Customer Advocacy Programs:

Establish and manage customer advocacy programs, identifying and nurturing customer advocates.
Leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Collaborate with the events team to coordinate customerfocused events and webinars.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyse customer data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
