I am currently working with an exciting developer of Solar, Wind and BESS who are looking to expand their development team and add a Land Manager They are a developer with an innovative vision and a strong project pipeline,

Responsibilities include;

• Negotiate the acquisition of land for battery storage projects
• Liaise with landowners, land agents and other key stakeholders
• Build and manage a network of trusted introducers and contacts
• Negotiate and complete wayleaves and other ancillary land agreements
• Facilitate communication and land related requests between internal teams

Essential Experience

• Experience and knowledge of negotiating Heads of Terms and Option & Lease documents;
• Experience and knowledge of land legal processes;
• Knowledge of land acquisition processes and regulations in the UK
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
