Customer Service Executive with Frenchfor their client, a luxury design company based in West London. A well-established business in the international market partnering with some of the most renowned global brands, youwill have the opportunity to join a multilingual and dynamic team of customer support professionals and work with European territories.

Responsibilities of the
Customer Service Executive with French:

Process and monitor the status of orders, returns and refunds
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Communicate with shipping companies and organise export documentation

Requirements of the
Customer Service Executive with French:

Fluent in French native level as well as fluent English
Experience in a customer support, customer care or sales support role is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and a good team player
Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems
Good attention to detail, ability to prioritise and good multitasking skills
