    Description
    Instruct Payroll each month of any pension and benefit-related changes.
    ~ Regular travel required to London.
    ~ Payroll experience (either in a Payroll function or experience of liaising with Payroll colleagues).
    ~ Experience of using HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
    ~ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular good to advanced Excel skills.
    ~ Comfortable working remotely over Teams.
    ~ Knowledge of benefits is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
    ~**Good interpersonal skills and discretion due to working with confidential data.
    ~ Desirable but not essential
    fluency in at least one other language, ideally German, Portuguese or Arabic.
    ~ A&M offers hybrid working with three days per week in the office, plus regular travel to London where the wider HR and EMEA Benefits team are based. Part-times will be considered.
