PERSONAL ASSISTANT


Position:
Personal Assistant to Managing Director


Reporting to:
Managing Director


Location:
Birmingham [Office/Home-Based]


Job Summary:


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Organizing and scheduling the employing Manager's meetings, appointments, and travels, and ensuring effective time management.
  • Assisting in responding to inquiries, client queries, and requests from other stakeholders.
  • Performing general administrative and secretarial tasks such as arranging and managing ISO 9001 standard, ensuring the office is presentable and orderly, monitoring the calendar, and ensuring follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Conducting research, collating and analyzing data, and preparing reports as required.
  • Liaising with other staff members and stakeholders on behalf of the employing Manager to communicate key strategies, projects, and objectives.
  • Assisting with personal tasks such as booking and coordinating personal appointments, scheduling leisure activities, organizing travel and accommodation, and monitoring work progress.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling confidential information appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g., business administration, social sciences, or its equivalent.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience working in a personal assistant or similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to take the initiative, prioritize work, and multitask under pressure.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google suite) and ability to use online collaboration tools.
  • Availability for flexible hours or on-call duties as per the employer's need.
  • Extensive knowledge of administrative practices, procedures, and legal requirements pertaining to employment and the work environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Remuneration:

The remuneration package for this position shall be commensurate with experience, qualifications and industry standards.


How to Apply:

Salary:
£26,167.00-£30,000.00 per year
