Description

We are growing our team in London and are looking for an operations assistant who has a project manager mind-set and who will take the lead in organizing and executing a variety of projects and tasks to support our growth.


For this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative tech company that specializes in online payments and e-commerce solutions.

The team is composed of creative and smart project managers, software developers, product and graphic designers among others.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with the team in planning and scheduling events, coordinating meetings, arranging agendas, and managing projects;
  • Support and assist all events and activities hosted in the office, including logistics, working closely across departments;
  • Work with the accounting team to manage the office budget by tracking expenses, payables and identifying recurring costs needed for operations;
  • Ensure that the daytoday operations go smoothly and provide support to different teams in their activities. Serve as the point of contact for team members' needs;
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment and make sure that these are kept properly and securely.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree;
  • At least one year experience working in a similar role. Experience in a startup environment is a plus, but not required;
  • Experience and knowledge in different aspects of office operations like purchasing, research, inventory, event planning, logistics, organizing, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties effectively, and demonstrate flexibility to meet various administrative and operational needs;
  • Strong communication skills; able to present information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English as this role requires constant communication with teams in other countries;
  • A selfstarter with the ability to work unaided and to build working relationships with different teams located in different cities around the world;
  • Have a strong business acumen.

Salary:
£25,764.00-£33,673.24 per year
