Receptionist - Part Time 2.5 days

Slough
***We have an opportunity for a professional and friendly receptionist to work 2.5 days pw in a fabulous office building with an onsite café. Situated on the outskirts of central Slough within easy commute of Windsor, Maidenhead and surrounding area. Free parking is available.

You should be an experienced receptionist taking pride in delivering a first-class tenant and visitor experience. You'll have a can-do attitude, lots of common sense and enjoy being proactive. You will bring personality and efficiency to the building. You will be a team player - working alongside another receptionist.

Salary:£14,950 pa part time (£11.50 ph)


Hours:

8.00am - 6.00pm Monday and Tuesday, 8.00am - 1.00pm Wednesday (25hrs)


Key Responsibilities:

**_
Managing reception_**- warmly meeting, greeting and registering visitors to the building - following sign in protocols
- post and courier management
- ensuring the reception area is always tidy and presents well
- maintaining reception processes documents and a local amenities file
- managing parking/visitor parking
- ensuring excellent channels of communication between your job share
- weekly reporting to key stakeholders
- general administration as required


_ Building management_
- recording and reporting any building issues and managing to resolution - keeping the off-site Building Manager informed managing contractors who visit to undertake maintenance and controlling keys


_ Tenant experience_
- help communicate and support any centrally arranged initiatives to help create a community vibe in the building
- work closely with the receptionists in two adjacent buildings


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Well presented and experienced receptionist
  • A team player and work well on a job share basis
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
  • Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
