What the role of a Recruitment Consultant at Signature looks like:

  • Business development
  • working with both existing and brand
  • new connections to develop new business, supporting our clients in their team development through values led recruitment and the use of behavioural profiling.
  • Process project management of the full recruitment process, delivering a seamless service through high attention to detail and engagement.
  • Ownership
- you will be responsible for a specific geography. You will advise, consult and offer real insight to your market providing an authentic voice and a trusted relationship.

To succeed in recruitment you need to have passion; passion for results, passion for service and a passion for getting it right without compromise.

You don't need any prior recruitment experience for this role, however customer service experience is desirable. We will show you the ropes, all you need bring is an attitude to succeed

Salary:
up to £30,000 Dependent on Experience.

£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
